The 3^rd BESC Award (2010) Hello Europe, Hello World - Again! We are glad to announce: here is the 3^rd BESC! Let's choose, which is the best preview video clip made for Eurovision in 2010! The choice is YOURS! At the moment countries are searching their actual Eurovision songs, and we are waiting for their music videos too. There are two important condition of the nomination for BESC Award: 1. The video comes up on YouTube Eurovision Channel till May 7. 2. The video does not consist of only a live performance's montage.
